Someone on reddit said it was majolica, probably Austrian, and from the late 1800s, which is very helpful, but they didn't reply when I asked how they narrowed it down like that. Do those numbers on bottom mean anything about place or maker? Does the repair affect the value quite a bit? I mean, I paid a dollar, so I think I've gotten my money's worth. Haha.
