Happy Thanksgiving from Glazed and Confused

Continental majolica roast goose bottle on GJ plate

  1. Wow, a roast goose bottle - must be a one and only!

  2. Good afternoon! I'm trying to find information on these two pieces of Majolica. The hydrangea case has the initials CES and the date 1884 hand impressed into bottom. The other is marked FM Co with the impressed number 272. It was mounted into a brass base and insert to make a lamp but the only damage during this process was the hole in the bottom.

    Thank you!
